Graduated in Medicine, specializing in Gynecology and Obstetrics, he completed his doctorate in 2003 and is currently Associate Professor of the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics of FMRP-USP, General Director of the Reference Center for Women's Health in Ribeirão Preto (CRSMRP-MATER ) and coordinator of the gynecology and obstetrics service of the Social and Community Medical Center of Vila Lobato. She is a clinical advisor at HCFMRP-USP in the gynecological and chronic pelvic pain videoendoscopy service and researcher at NUPEM (Center for Epidemiological Research in Women's Health). Its main focus is the epidemiological research on women's health, particularly chronic pelvic pain in the community, pathophysiology and associated factors. He also works on and researches on topics related to gynecological videoendoscopy and information management. He is a member of the American Academy of Pain Medicine, the Brazilian Federation of Associations of Gynecology and Obstetrics (Febrasgo) and the Brazilian Society of Anatomy. He is a member of the Research Ethics Committee of HCFMRP-USP, the Coordinating Committee for Research and Graduate Studies, and the Commission for Dissemination, Institutional Relations and with the GO Department</p>
