American Journal of Family Medicine & Community Health (AJFMCH) is an international, open access peer reviewed online publishing journal, whose aims to publish academic and quality papers in all related aspects of Family medicine and community health.

Family medicine and community health helps in delivering a range of acute, chronic and preventive medical care services. In addition to diagnosing and treating illness also provide preventive care, including routine checkups, health-risk assessments, immunization and screening tests, and personalized counseling on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. It also helps in managing chronic illness, often coordinating care provided by other subspecialists.
