Dr. Jalaluddin Mohammad Asharaf is an Assistant Professor at School of Biotechnology, Yeungnam University, Gyeongnas, Republic of Korea. His area of research is glycation reaction and its role in Diabetic complications. He completed his doctorate at Aligarh Muslim University, India in 2012. He is interested in investigating the role of advanced glycation endproducts (AGEs), resulting from glycation reaction, in the initiation/progression of secondary complications of diabetes and teaching. At present, his research area is developmental biology (myogenesis) and doing research on AGEs role in diabetic myopathy.
