I have received my Ph.D. from Shiraz University on the identification of bioactive peptides derived from fish collagen and assessment of their biological activities. Now, I work at University College Dublin, Ireland, as a post-doctoral researcher. I have served as a reviewer in several scientific journals including LWT-Food Science and Technology, Food Science and Technology International, Annals of Food Processing and Preservation, and International Archives of Medical Microbiology. My research focuses on the structure-function relationship of proteins and peptides. Functional properties such as ACE, DPP-IV, Lipase, and α-amylase inhibitory, as well as antimicrobial and antioxidant activities, are the main subjects to analyze. I also analyze nutraceuticals from algae, seaweeds, fish, and agricultural resources.</p>
