The exploration MRI of brain tumors in children based on a dual morphological and metabolic SRM. The latter takes place more and more important in the characterization of expansive processes. MRS is an important complement to morphological MRI. In infiltrating low-grade glioma of the brainstem, it can predict the nature of glial tumor expansive process by showing elevation of the Cho / Cr and the low grade of the tumor consistent with morphological imaging (no enhancement) showing an increase of myoinositol.

Case Report Spitzoid Melanoma with Touton-Like, osteoclast-Like and Foreign Body Giant Cells in a 15-Year-old Girl
Rafael Parra Medina, Tatiana Roncancio and Samuel David Morales*
Background: Melanomas with atypical histologic features are very rarely described in the medical literature and remain a potential diagnostic pitfall. Several unusual variants of malignant melanoma have been identified.
Case presentation: 15-year-old girl with a pigmented cutaneous lesion on the posterior aspect of her right leg with a four year history of progressive growth. Microscopic sections evidenced a malignant spitzoid melanoma with scattered giant cells.
Conclusion: Melanoma occurring during childhood is rare and it is exceptionally rare among children younger than 9 years, representing 1-3% of all pediatric malignancies. Only three cases of melanoma with Touton-like giant cells and seven cases with osteoclast-like cells in adult patients are acknowledged in medical papers. No other cases with more than two types of giant cells have been described.

Case Report Giant Esophageal Liposarcoma - Multimodal Treatment Results in Long Term Survival: Case Report and Review of the Literature
Steffen Pistorius*, Daniel Kupper, Nino Kiria, Jessica Pablik and Christina Jentsch
Background: Esophageal liposarcomas are notably rare mesenchymal malignant tumours. Due to their slow progress, well-differentiated sarcomas of the esophagus may remain asymptomatic for a long time resulting in an advanced diagnosed stage and, therefore, represent a significant challenge for treatment.
Case presentation: We report the case of a 66-year old male patient who presented with the second largest esophageal liposarcoma reported to date with involvement of the upper aerodigestive tract and the posterior mediastinum. Clinical, radiological and pathological findings, a detailed description of the multimodal treatment and long-term follow up data are presented. In detail, palliative tumour debunking with final histological confirmation and conformal radiation therapy resulted in tumour response with control of symptoms and a 55 months survival.
Conclusion: Multimodal treatment in patients with not curatively resectable esophageal liposarcoma may result in long-term survival, even in patients with very advanced tumours.

Background: Bath-related headache (BRH) is a rare headache disorder described initially by Negoro et al. in 2000. It is characterized by developing while the patient is bathing in hot water or immersion in a hot bath.
Cases: We described two cases of Brazilian women with bath-related headache who presented several episodes of intense throbbing headache that developed during a hot shower. Their neurological exams and brain images showed no abnormality. The headache did not recur after the patients avoided bathing in hot water.
Conclusion: Hot bath-related headache is a benign headache unassociated with a structural lesion.

Case Report Computer assisted circular external fixation of periprosthetic supracondylar femur fracture: Case report and literature review
Ismail demirkale*
The incidence of periprosthetic fractures of the knee is markedly increasing. Fixation options include retrograde intramedullary nailing, open reduction and internal fixation with locked plates and external fixation. We present aperiprosthetic supracondylar femur fracture successfully treated by computer assisted external fixation.
