Project: Drug discovery for Human African Trypanosomiasis (HAT)<br />
Synopsis: Extensive drug screening for the discovery of orally bioavailable leads for HAT in vitro and in mouse model, establishing paradigm for understanding mode(s) of action of the leads and identifying their targets in the parasite, Trypanosoma brucei.<br />
